International Orders

 

International customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees upon arrival.

The cost of international shipping listed at checkout does not include any additional taxes or fees (from customs or the shipping carrier).  These additional costs vary and are determined by the import laws within each country. The fees are often based on the size of your order.  Items are shipped from the USA.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.

We will accept exchanges (pending availability of items) of unused and unworn items, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Name on order
- Order Number
- Item and size you wish to exchange for

Order Cancellations

If you make an order by mistake, please email shop.rollyhog@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order for a full refund if your item(s) have not yet shipped.

Once your item has shipped, we can no longer refund or cancel your order.
